Bad service with Nedbank

Extremely Disappointed with Nedbank’s Service

I am beyond frustrated with Nedbank. They blocked my account without any proper explanation. I followed all their instructions, provided all the documents they requested, and verified my credentials as required — yet my account is still blocked!

This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the inconvenience and financial stress it has caused me. I urge Nedbank to reinstate my profile immediately and to treat their customers with more respect and urgency in the future.

I wouldn’t recommend this kind of service to anyone
