Bad service with credit card application

I app**** for a credit card on the 2nd of June 2021. I have resent documents on numerous occasions. I have also received numerous calls that would cut out the moment I answered. It has now been over two weeks and I still have no answer. I've been with Nedbank for quite a long time and this is the first time I've received such bad service. I'm highly disappointed.
