bad service - Why is my application for overdraft is an uphill

Why am I struggling to get an increase on my overdraft when I am a good customer with no ITC blacklisting. On the same day I app**** for a personal loan on the App and was approved for R50,000 but did not accept and opted for an increase of overdraft for same amount, as it is cheaper.

However then I got an email to send support documents that a Telkom account was paid off, which I did, Question is how come the PL was approved. It is not the 1st time that a request for an overdraft is being dragged by you, I wish I could migrate from Nedbank!
