Bad service, unrealiable bank

I am terribly unhappy with this bank and this is the second time, I am being put in a very compromising situation with my money. I currently have a ref *** which nobody has gotten to me. I had to pay extra for my own things due to one of your ATMs again messing me up.

I also have an active account I asked tho be closed in Dec 2022 and that was not the case. it had charges of 250 rands of which I still asked to be closed but no. last week Friday I got a call from collections saying im over by 700 and odd rands by mistake my HR paid 1600 rands into that account. I demand a refund as I instructed for this account to be closed this is the acc ending with 22. What sucks is all this is happening on a platinum acc. Im gatvol!!!! ID *** number ***. This time I will go to Twitter and the media its not fair to treat your clients like this
