Bad service. Unable to help with Debit reversal

<p>Hi Netbank.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have been trying to get asistance for the past few days already. i have been in the branch and contacted the branch. i have been on the phone for more than hours. this has cost me time and money. all i needed was a debit reversed . i was told i need to complete a desput form and still havent recieved it. i have been banking with netbank for years now and finally feel the need to move my bank... the phones was transferd while i was even speaking. discusting experience . </p>
