Bad Service to potential investor

Hi, <br> <br> I prefer to keep my name as anonymous, I went to the Nedbank the grove mall to enquire and invest money, I was made to wait for over and hour and was basically given the run around.<br> <br> A white couple came in wrote their names and sat close to me and the branch Manager jumped to speak to them, and not even 2 minutes they were helped and I was told someone else will assist me as they came in to sign a contract for their home loan<br> <br> I had appointments to attend and things to do, they wasted my time and not even apologetic about it. I am very disappointed and angry if they don't want business from a young black woman they must say.<br> <br> I wasn't at the bank for a home loan but to rather give money to the bank so they use it.
