Bad service. Thorntree plaza.

Nedbank is poor. They closed branches due to covid 19 I struggled to collect my card due to long ques and short operating hours. I drove 60km to the branch I was turned away when they cut que for closure. Matters got worse. I was billed R140 for a card and R180 for collecting it in a branch. I wouldn't complain for delivery fee should it have been delivered to my house. I cannot believe this even today. Communication is poor.
