Bad service- Standard bank and private banking

Today I phone standard bank to close my credit card but the guy told I must ask my private banker to do that for me. I told him since my previous banker I was never happy with the service hence I am phoning him to close the card . He keep on arguing with me until my battery was dead. So I was unable to close my credit card account and he never came back to or action my request.

I told my private banker that I am my way out on my last visit and they make me wait in Eastgate for 30 minutes at tue reception but at the I was told the were not available.

I would like to close my credit card account with immediate effect for now . I don’t want to talk with any home affairs official again
