Bad service sent from pillar to post and still no statements

My husbands business credit is unfortunately with legal because of Covid and work and he has to close his workshop down ectr. Hence the account is at legal so now we need to get his taxes sorted for 3 financial years and we need bank statements from March 2020 to October 2020. We sent an email to the legal department with no reply, went to Montague Gardens agency to be told they cannot help him he needs to go to a branch where there is business bankers. We contacted a friend who advised him of the business bankers email address and we sent to emails, no reply. He called in and was sent to their legal department who referred him to attorneys who referred him back to the branch so for the last hour on his cellphone he still got no joy. This is unacceptable, bad service, sent from pillar to post, and two weeks later still no statements what now. How is he able to sort out his taxes really now.
