Bad Service - Relationship Bankers (Nedbank)

Hi,I am having issues with fica verification for my account.Sat a couple of hours at Nedbank Greenacres last year.Took in all documentation. My relationship banker seemed to load all relevant info and documents. In March this year I received a notification that I wasnt Fica compliant. Restarted the whole process with my new relationship banker. I sent him all relevant documentation. received no feedback from him,so I assumed it was all okay. My account is now frozen. the ineptitude of this bank or its relationship managers is shocking.
