Bad service on Home Loan - changing interest rate

I took a home loan with Nedbank, I was offered an interest rate of 11.15%, I was told if I move my salary, the interest rate will be reduced to 10.90%. I have opened a Nedbank account, moved my salary. I have been trying to get hold of the department to help with this but I am sent from pillar to post. Someone eventually said they will send a message to the said department to call me, it has been a week since and I am still waiting.
