Bad Service - No savings!!!

OOOhhh my goodness! I am so disgusted with myself for opening a bank account for my son with them - since I opened the account I just had issues with them - wrong card was delivered, new card delivered then I was charged for the new card - now there is funds going off and the call center cant give me a straight answer or reverse the money - IT IS MY SONS SAVINGS ACCOUNT and we don't use the card because all of his savings goes into that account now I need to tell him since you had more than R700 in your account you now only have R24 because the bank is taking your money instead of giving you interest for saving. I will never ever make use of your service again. I will close the account and go somewhere else. It has been more than 4 months and I still have issues.
