Bad service?? No Feedback - I had to follow up

Good afternoon

A few months back we picked up that someone opened a bank account at Nedbank with my details. I informed the bank but it has now been months with no feedback from the bank or a letter to confirm someone used my details.

The bank has also not responded to my emails I sent and I called your ***** helpline. Scary that it has taken months to not get called back or given feedback on a case like this????
