Bad Service, No communication in Department no debit order in place for account

My Husband has a nedbank personal loan and i have poa on his account. His 1st bedit order was supposed to go off the weekend of the 03 or 04 February 2017, no BEDIT ORDER WENT OFF. NEDBANK FAULT. I called the monday 06 February and was told his 01st debit order was only going off the 13 February 2017 and the arrangement we had initially when he signed his contract was debit orders was to go off on saturday the 01st week of February. The weekend of the 10/11 Feb and the 10 Feb a debit order went off, which is fine. The Monday 13 Feb my husband receieves a telephone call his account is in arreas beacuse of the debit order that did not go off,WHICH WAS NOT HIS FAULT.Arrangements was made that the amount of R647 was going to be debited for 5 weeks to make up for the 01st bedit order which did not go off. The never next day yesterday th 14 Feb another amount of R511 is debited from his account with no prior notice/telephonce call informing my hubby it will take place. I just called the bank and was refered to collections now and they said they will not able to REFUND US TODAY. Why the account is by collections is also a problem because the FACT THE 01ST DEBIT ORDER DID NOT GO OFF WAS NOT HIS MISTAKE BUT NEDBANKS. They also stated now at collection the arrangement that was made was not suppoosed to be made w.r.t the R647 and they CAN ONLY REFUND MY HUSBAND IN 4DAYS which is UNACCEPTABLE. Your service is pathetic, there is no customer service and no communictaion in the departments. My husband account is by collections which puts his name in a bad light which wa snot his fault but all the fault of Nedbank, The money which was bedited yesterday need to be refunded today still, the money was not nedbank' money to bedit without notice and we have plans to use that money today still. Why should my husband pay for your incompetience when there was clearly no debit order put in place.
