Bad service Nedinsurance

Please explain to me how is it possible that I cannot insure MY car on MY policy even though my daughter is the regular driver. I just wanted to change the daytime and night address of the car, but then they inform me that they will have to remove the car from my policy because my daughter is working. She is still in training and cannot effort her own car. That is why she is driving MY car to work each day. I have a MFC loan on this car on MY name to make matters worse....

I talked to a broker just now to find out what the problem can be, but they can also not understand why I cannot insure the car and as a matter off fact is busy getting me a Santam quote... hope I will get better service from them...

I also find the people who handle the mailbox at *** quite rude and by the way the lady did ask her manager and the same answer came back!! My impression was that there is a lack of knowledge and customer service...

I am really not sure if I want to do business with a company when it is such an issue just to change the address of a car and for who I am such a big risk!!
