Bad service Nedbank thembisa

I was there today yooh i received the worse service this lady with braids i did not take her name she kept on asking me why do i want to open a cheque acc how much do I get paid aybo this lady told her I was using a cheque acc before and closed it moved to capitec now wanna open it again but she did not help me why was she asking me all these questions i felt like screaming am so dissapointed at Nedbank now am going to open a cheque acc at fnb and they were very helpful and nice
