BAD service Nedbank Northgate

I am totally dissatisfied with the service that I am and have received from Nedbank Northgate, I have been dealing with a request from the small business department regarding my trust since March last year and it seems as if they do not want to do business, they cannot be bothered to get back to me and when i email again i am promised a reply which never comes and I have to get hold of them every time. It is obvious that they do not care for small clients. I will never open another bank account with them and if it was not so expensive to change my bond account I would move it immediately.
