Nedbank MFC Collection Department (Ladies)

Bad attitude and cold responses I always get from these ladies of this department.

It has happened several times with different ladies. 1 lady transferred my call to someone else without even telling me, only to find that, that next person had to put me back to the lady for my assistance. I found this very stupid and unprofessional.

Nedbank MFC - here is my request, I do not want to communicate with any lady any more.
