Bad service Nedbank

I am currently having a loan with Nedbank, of which I am failing to understand their interest they have told that i was owing R84000 in August 2020 I have made an arrangement to pay then 500 every month ,which it didn't make any different , I got a call from *********** worker from RL Daly Incorporated Trust Account say I am owing R93000 in December 2020 and gain in January that I am owing estimated , R97000, i have ask them the statement , they have send a statement that it doesn't even show the arrangement i have being paying since August, I am really failing to come to the arrangement that is giving confident that , i will finish this account
