Bad Service Nedbank and Legal Track

I don't understand why I'm getting such bad service from Nedbank and Legal Track. I have paid up my outstanding loan account. But they simply REFUSE to send me a paid up letter. I am taken from pillar to post. Legal track keeps on blaming Nedbank and Nedbank blames Legal Track. This is ridiculous !!! Worst service ever
