Bad service nedbank

I've recently moved to nedbank using their merchant card machine First invoice arrived....overcharged They said they would re adjust the amount which they did on the 7th of nov, today is the 12 the adjustment reflects but the amount is not available I've called copious amounts of times and sent emails no help and I still cant use my money
