BAD SERVICE_NEDBANk

Hi,<br> <br> I withdrew money from an Nedbank ATM in Cape town CBD St, Georges Mall. When the money came out of the ATM, I grabbed my purse to put my bank card back in.. Then the ATM took my money back. I went inside the bank/branch to ask them what is going on. They couldn't help me, telling me I have to wait for a guy to open the atm and balance the money and if there's money left then they will let me know.<br> <br> They called me back and said that the ATM balance and the money was withdrawn from my account.<br> <br> I don't have the money, this is terrible service. I am definitely want a credit to my account. <br> <br> I am definitely change my account. I called the Nedbank Head Office and Call Centre. They are not much of a help to me.<br> <br> I am angry and very frustrate. This is bad service.<br> <br> I need assistance in this case please or some feedback.<br> <br>
