bad service nedbank!
i made a cardless withdrawal of R1500 2 weeks ago, i went to the atm and it said the voucher was redeemed then i went to a diffferent atm and it said the same. i called them on the day this happened and i was told it will take 48 hours to fix this issue, i continued to call nedbank and everytime a different consultant “tried to help”. each day i called i kept being told that the money will be put back into my account but it has still not been. i advise anyone with nedbank to never do a cardless transaction as nedbank will take your money and make it impossible to get it back. it has been 2 weeks and i still do not have my money.

12 Jun 2023, 14:00i spoke to nedbank again today and was told that i will have to wait another 48 hours and that they will report to the main office which is exactly what i had been told for the last 2 weeks, either way if this problem does not get solved or if so it does i will be changing banks and i advise anyone who wants to become a nedbank client to reconsider their decision
