Bad service my the assessor Nedbank vehicle insurance

I claimed from the insurance after I had an accident. The panel beaters fixed my vehicle well but didnt fix the bumper that is also got damaged by the same incident when I asked them they said the assessor gave them instructions to not touch the bumper... Is the insurance not supposed to put my car back to the same condition it was prior to the accident? If this small issue doesn't get sorted im taking this.matter to the insurance ombudsman... I pay insurance without fail to be ****** by the stupid assessor that that is chasing commission. Re: *** 1 MS N NOMKUCA If you cant sort my bumper just cancel that insurance please..
