Bad service level

I received my Christmas bonus and went to purchase Christmas prezies for the kids only to discover that Nedbank had taken my personal loan monthly installment early and left me with insufficient funds to buy the kids their gifts.<br> <br> I called to find out what had happened today and was told that an SMS was sent out stating Nedbank will be debiting early. <br> <br> First of all I did not get such an SMS and second of all I did not give permission for anyone to manipulate my finances in any way. <br> I find it unacceptable that anyone believes they can take money out of your account, because they did not receive any response to a SMS.<br> <br> People should need to give express permission for anyone else to mess with their bank account. <br> I am not sure exactly how I am going to explain to my children why Santa did not bring them their gifts?<br> <br> I am also not sure why taking the money out of my account early was necessary?<br>
