Bad service I receive from Nedbank

I'm disappointed and discussed by the treatment I received from my bank that I have been dealing with for more than 20 years . I'm a need bank card holder for yeasr. I bought a lottor ticket on the 2nd of June 2020 on the Nedbank money app which I won , I then called the lottor call center to find out way I haven't receive any money and I was referred to Nedbank since I played on the Nedbank app I need to contact Nedbank which I did it was on the 10th of June till today I haven't receive the money or any call from Nedbank I have called more than 9 time talking to more than 15 different people without any help .I was promised that i would receive a call from Nedbank to explain why I haven't receive any money and that never happened.
