Bad service - how are they still operating ???

i have rest a request in a week ago - no response i phoned them only to find they needed more docs from me - which i sent immediately - no reply - went to the bank - they say they cant help me i must speak to the call centre

- HOW THE HELL IS PEOPLE STILL SUPPORTING THIS BANK
