BAD SERVICE - HEILA JOHANSSEN

I contacted Nedbank to assist me with extending my homeloan, according to Heila Johanssen I had to become a private banker in order for her to assist me. This was not the case and when one is in a pickle financially this is the last option they should have offered me. The charges are R380 a month which they took twice now and this after I should have gotten new cards etc. I received nothing and no service from Heila. I requested 2 weeks ago they stop the service but they took it off again. Since Heila got involved they took money off my credit card too without my knowledge. I am soo disappointed in Nedbank I will never ask for help again.
