Bad Service From The Manager

I was at the Glen Mall branch for my card collection on the queue for a long time, the manager her name is Shameema at the branch gave the people who are of a different color who just came late first preference and when we combined she said the client is staff and she works at the bank hence she is given first preference. I am so disappointed at the service I received, to add on that she told us to wait outside she will help after she's done.
