Bad service from Nedbank Protea Glen Mall

On Sunday 09/10/2022 I visited the branch at Protea Glen mall to do a ATM cash deposit and the ATM retained my card. 10/10/2022 I went inside the branch to report the matter and waited 40minutes with a que of only 5 people. A query was logged ID939463 however I needed the funds asap as I needed to make a payment by cob or I will get extra charges or even have my policy cancelled. I spoke to the branch manager who promised to assist to call me back but never called me back till this day. Should anything happen to me or my family and my policy is suspended Nedbank will be held accountable as its not my fault that the ATM with held the funds
