Bad service from Nedbank Personal unsecured lending

<p>I have 2 unsecured loans with Nedbank, and i have been struggling to pay them hense they accumulated overdue balances over the years. I have resigned from work due to health reasons and I am willing to take my pension funds and settle my 2 loans with Nedbank.</p> <p>Their settlement amounts are very steepy and not affordable compared to other banks, I recieved 50% Settlement discount from Absa, 30% settlement Discount from Old mutual and 25% settlement discount at Standard bank and Im struggling. With Nedbank. I have requested to be directed to Credit Managers for the past two Weeks, Even today im still waiting. Can someone from the senior leadership call me ASAP. Im not getting any joy from talking to the call centre clerks. I need a reduced settlement in order to pay the 2 accounts before i leave the country in 2 weeks time.</p>
