Bad Service from Nedbank, left stranded card frozen!

I opened an account with Nedbank and obviously submitted all my documents, less than three months later my account was frozen, no warning given I have been left stranded for days even after I went to resubmit my FICA documents. No one seems to know why the hold has not been lifted, with all the multiple calls and long holding times with the call centre agents that can’t assist! ****py experience indeed!
