Bad service from Nedbank Insurance

A while ago my son and his fiance bought a house. A week ago they were suppose to receive the house key and was informed that the house was broken into the previous night. Several things was damaged and ****** mainly electrical and plumbing. So no water could be used. The Insurance was informed and all things done necessary. The Insurance than started there investigation with any emergency work being done especially the water. They had to move in the very day so that there could be no more break in's. More than a week later still no Insurance still no water. What an inhumane way to live. They are definitely going to loose clients.
