Bad service from Nedbank home loan

To whom it may concern Home loan:*** 101 I was given a settlement figure of R46 200.00 by Nedbank 2023 November. I paid that amount same month November 2023. They appointed law firm transfer the the house in my name of I paid the fees .Today 02 June no title deed as yet the lawyers said they can't get hold my ex wife .We divorced I bought het out it's written on the papers Please help
