Bad service from Nedbank Greenbacks and client service..

This is the second time I’ve unfortunately had to post a bad review on HelloPeter for Nedbank. I had a query regarding my Greenbacks balance and points not being allocated, but their client services keep closing my query without ever replying or getting in touch, issue is still not resolved, and after a long-standing issue, I have to keep chasing up, but without any resolution still. Nedbank , you’re dropping the ball again. Your clients deserve better.
