Bad service from nedbank ***** department

On the 11th of May 2022 at 12h00 a gentleman had ********** my nedbank accounts. The ***** agent called me and could not get hold of me but did nothing. The two agents from nedbank ***** department saw this and did nothing not to block or even freeze my accounts. Am not happy with the service I got from nedbank. I have been with this company for more then 40 years and this is the service I get from them.
