Bad service from Nedbank fica.

Despite 2 visits to the Zevenwacht znedbank branch and 12 phone calls to the call centre when I was told that my fica is verified; the team leader during my third visit to the branch in Zevenwacht; told me that according to the fica records I last did a successfull fica in 2023!!! My accounts are blocked and no debit orders can go through as well as my interest can not be deposited I to my account. I am in financial trouble and it seems that Nedbank washed their hands off my case...
