Bad service from Nedbank

Every month I pay my home loan via debit order but every month I receive an email stating that I failed to make a payment towards my home loan account. It is VERY FRUSTRATING talking to the agents on the phone and explaining to them what happened. I am not in arrears but my ITC report reflects that I missed 2 payments.
