Bad service from Nedbank

I went to Nedbank Northmead Mall Benoni today to open an account as I am not a client of theirs. I was told to download the app. No assistance with the account so left there with nothing. If you go to ABSA you can go to a teller and get assistance without being told to download the app. They lost a customer today. Very bad service
