Bad service from nedbank

Hello Peter help me Nedbank has been holding my salary since Friday i called them i didn't get any assistance its been over 72hours and i haven't paid any of my bills and tomorrow schools are opening and i don't have money since nedbank doesn't want to release my salary please assist me no communication from them at all they keep saying they escalating the matter but no results😥
