Bad service from Nedbank

My son's savings account has just suddenly been frozen out of nowhere with no warning!!! Asking for questions about this for 1 week now and got a reply that I need to take in all documents to the branch. As a single mother, I do not have this time, and the account has been working perfectly for years. This is totally unacceptable and the worst service I have had with Nedbank all these years.
