Bad Service from Nedbank Business Durban uMhlanga Gateway branch

I went to Gateway mall Branch on Thursday to open a business account. I was assisted by the business banker Ash to open it online, it's than went to the contact centre I was told someone will call me later that day or latest on Saturday however, I didn't receive any call from Nedbank I,m very disappointed by the service that I received no call no update nothing from the FSP.
