Bad Service from Nedbank and their Useless IT Systems Implementation

How can you migrate to a System which you know very well that the Asylum Seeker Permit Holders won't be able to log onto?

You had more than a year to consider us and I see you don't value us.

This is an extremely **** System implementation.

I urge all Asylum holders to move to a Different Bank where they are able to use all the services like everyone else.

After typing this message I will be heading to FNB to Open a new Account and leave Nedbank for good.

I once posted here https://cutt.ly/5lwhoLR 2years ago when I was told that as an Asylum Seeker I will not be able to get a Greenbucks reward Card even though I have more than R1000 worth of rewards for using my American Express card.

Up to now, I was not assisted regarding that Issue.
