Bad service from Nedbank

I'm very disappointed with the way Nedbank has handled my chequered account lately. I've been waiting for my April statement for 3 days now. I called them yesterday and they sent me a Transaction History instead. I'm in the process of buying a car, with a great deal on the table but I'm held back by the statement from 03 April 2023 to 03 May 2023. Today I called them again on *** and a consultant named Thato promised to send me a Custom Statement but instead he sent me yet another Transaction History and even charged me R40 for it.
