BAD SERVICE FROM NEDBANK

Again complaining about bad service. I have now been waiting for more that a week for Nedbank to sort out my paper work. I got a cedit card for over R20K from Woolies, yet I'm struggling for Nedbank to give me a call back and sort their problems out, they don't even want to give me an overdraft. Reason being their system still shows I am under debt review. ***. This morning Zanele Bhengu sent me an email stating that someone will call me back and once again she makes promises she can not keep. Original paper work was sent on the 30th of September 2022 stating that I am no longer under debt review.
