bad service from nedbank

Ive app**** for a debit assistance extension which i got an approved sms & still got debited by 25th Aug when i then called nedbank & they told me the debit assistance is no longer available.sent an email to complains no one called me back and its been 4 weeks now since they been investigating the matter
