Bad service from Nedbank

I just want to say to Nedbank how disappointed I am with your service. While having breakfast with my husband at willowbreach mall I received a call from Nedbank saying they blocked my card.This is the second time for this month this happened to me.The consultant asked me to come to Ronderbosch branch to come and collect the card.At that stage I was very furious cause I had to pay for the breakfast and couldn't use the card.My husband then opted to pay for the breakfast. The manager called me back to say the only way he can help me is to go and collect the card at Tigervalley Nedbank. I had to cut our breakfast short as it was 11 o clock and rush to the bank as they close at 12.When I got there the consultant helped me and the process of doing that I noticed my wallet was missing😭I would.like to know if the bank can check and see if the wallet was still in the cubicle where I last went.Now with all the stress Nedbank put me through my whole day was spoilt. In my wallet was over R1000 and my ID ,my driver's license and all my rewards cards.Im very very disappointed with Nedbank at the moment 😔
