Bad service from nedbank

One try to keep your credit score clean and major corporations mess with it with there mistakes. I was contacted about changing over to nedbank because I can get R200 every month towards my loan I happily switched. And agreed to move everything over they then deducted from an account I was busy closing. I literally paid it as soon as I knew that was on the second of the month I paid it as soon as I knew and yet they put it down as an arears payment in my name and they never paid a single R200 contacted them and was told I'll get a call back because I told them it was there reps error this was 2 weeks ago and no feedback
