Bad Service From Nedbank

Hi Nedbank. I have been trying to get hold of my business banker Mr Kennedy or his Manager Cindi for 12days now. I tried getting help through the Contact Centre were I was told the is nothing they can do as I should be helped by my banker. They have escalated the matter twice already but I have not received any sort of assistance till now.
