Bad Service from Nedbank

I have never experience such Bad service from a Bank ,Nedbank has the most poorest service ever ,you go to their Branches its always full dragging their feet to help their clients ,if it was up to me I would cancel my account with them and open another one .each and every month I have overnight debit orders or debit orders are processed late I get paid on the 15th of every month but my Bank Nedbank will process the Debit order the next day the 16th and this is happening very month .I get my salary on the 15th of every month but Debit orders are processed on the 16th why and how I don't know . Hello Peter please help me with this .I am expecting Debit orders to done on the 15th which is not a holiday or weekend its a normal day but debit orders will reflect the next day . As I select debit dates I expect the on that day the money to go of my account . but with nedbank I get paid on the 15th which is on Thursday but guess what a debit goes off on the 16th how is that possible
